can't make it to a live class?

This movement practice/ yoga class starts with a dancing bridge to warm up the backline of our body. This class encourages you to practice attentiveness between the mind and body through creative sequencing and shapes. For class, you will need two blocks and a mat (if you've got a hard floor)

FLOWING INTO DESIRE

This is the kind of yoga you can still do in your pajamas. Just wake up, roll of the bed, stay in your PJs and just wake yourself up with simple and gentle movements. Nothing is really needed except yourself :)
